AKC Registered Corgis at Long Range Ranch

Our AKC Registered Corgis are an important part of the breeding program at Long Range Ranch. We take pride in raising healthy, happy dogs with great personalities and good temperaments. Our Corgis are more than breeding dogs; they are family pets that enjoy life on our Missouri property.

When planning our litters, health and temperament are always important. Therefore, we carefully consider each parent and the qualities they may pass on to their puppies. Our goal is to continue producing quality Corgis that can become loving companions for their future families.

AKC Health Tested Corgis

Responsible breeding begins with knowing as much as possible about the health of the parents. Our adult Corgis are genetically tested for DM, EIC, and vWD1. We use those genetic results when selecting breeding pairs so that we do not produce puppies affected by these diseases.

In addition to genetic testing, we focus on the overall health, structure, personality, and temperament of our dogs. This approach helps us make thoughtful decisions for our breeding program and the future of our Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

Home Raised Corgis in Missouri

Long Range Ranch is located in Missouri, where our home raised Corgis have room to enjoy the fresh country air and everyday farm life. Our dogs are exposed to the sights, sounds, animals, and activity that come with living on a working ranch.

Most importantly, our dogs receive regular attention and interaction. We believe this environment helps our Corgis develop into confident, social dogs with the personalities that make the breed so special.
